Terms of Service

Welcome to Loyalty Magnet Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications:

  • Loyalty Magnet Business (for business owners)
  • Loyalty Magnet (for customers)

By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

  1. Eligibility
  • To use Loyalty Magnet (Customer App), you must be at least 13 years old.
  • To use Loyalty Magnet Business (Business App), you must be at least 17 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.
  1. Accounts
  • You must create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  1. Business Owner App Use
  • Businesses can create and manage loyalty programs, scan customer QR codes, and send marketing content (messages, images, videos).
  • Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of rewards, offers, and promotions they provide through the App.
  • Businesses must comply with applicable laws, including marketing, data protection (GDPR/UK GDPR), and consumer protection laws.
  • Loyalty Magnet Ltd is not responsible for content or promotions created by businesses.
  1. Subscriptions
  • Businesses that wish to use Loyalty Magnet must subscribe to a monthly paid plan : 
  • Solo Plan – £25/month
  • Multi Plan – £59/month
  • Network Plan – £99/month
  •  All subscriptions are managed through in-app purchases in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of Google and Apple. Please refer to their terms for details on how refunds are handled.
  • Business owners must ensure that all payments are made promptly. Failure to pay for a subscription may result in the suspension of services.
  1. Customer App Use
  • Customers can collect stamps or points, redeem rewards, and receive offers from participating businesses.
  • Rewards and offers are provided solely by the participating businesses. Loyalty Magnet Ltd is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or fulfilment.
  • Customers should verify the details of any reward or offer directly with the business.
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Apps.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All rights, title, and interest in the Apps (including software, design, and branding) remain the property of Loyalty Magnet Ltd.
  • Businesses retain ownership of their content but grant Loyalty Magnet Ltd a licence to display and transmit it through the Apps.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • Loyalty Magnet Ltd makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Businesses are solely responsible for rewards and promotions they offer.
  1. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Users may delete their accounts at any time through the App or by contacting us.
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at www.loyaltymagnet.co.uk/termsofservice.  Continued use of the Apps means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
